The services

Coaching, psychological consultation and packages, as described on the Services page. All sessions take place online via Google Meet. The services are not medical treatment or psychotherapy, and they are not an emergency service. If you are in crisis, call 112.

How we agree to work together

The 30-minute intro call is free and carries no obligation. If we decide to work together, I confirm by email what we'll work on, the number of sessions, the dates and the price. That email and these terms make up our agreement.

Prices and payment

Prices are in euro and listed on the Services page. Payment is made in advance by bank transfer or Revolut: before each single session, or before the first session of a package. I send the payment details by email. You receive an invoice for every payment.

Cancelling and rescheduling

• You can cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your session.
• After that, or if you don't attend, the full fee applies.
• Illness happens: once, you can cancel late because you're ill without paying the fee.
• If I need to cancel, I'll offer you a new time or a full refund for that session.

Packages

A 3-session package is used within 2 months of the first session, and a 6-session package within 4 months.

Confidentiality

What you share in our sessions stays between us, including when your employer pays. The one exception applies to every psychologist: if I believe there is a serious risk of harm to you or to someone else, I'm obliged to act to keep people safe. Wherever possible, I'll talk it through with you first. How I handle your data is described in the privacy policy.

Your part

Coaching and consultation depend on your own decisions and actions, so I can't guarantee a particular result. You remain responsible for the choices you make.

Changes and applicable law

If these terms change, I'll update them here; the version in place when we agreed to work together applies to that work. These terms are governed by Bulgarian law.
