Privacy policy
What personal data I collect, why, and what you can do about it.
Who is responsible for your data
Iva Ivanova, psychologist and coach. Email: hi@ivaworkwise.com
What I collect and why
- Newsletter: your email address, to send you the newsletter. Based on your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every email.
- Guide downloads: your email and the guide you chose, collected through a Google Form, to send you the guide, and the newsletter if you tick the box. Based on your consent.
- Intro call bookings: your name, email and anything you write in the booking form, to arrange the call. Based on steps you ask me to take before we agree to work together.
- Clients: your contact details, our agreement and payment records, to provide the service and meet my accounting obligations. Based on our contract and on legal obligations.
- What you share in sessions: this can include information about your health and wellbeing, and, for packages, your assessment results. I use it only to work with you. Based on your explicit consent, which I ask for at the start of our work.
- This website: no tracking cookies. The hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver the site securely.
Who else processes your data
I use two services that process data on my behalf: Google Workspace (email, calendar, Google Meet and Google Forms) and Cloudflare (website hosting). My accountant sees invoices. Google and Cloudflare are US companies and may process some data outside the EU; where they do, they use the safeguards GDPR requires. I never sell your data.
How long I keep it
- Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
- Intro call bookings: deleted after the call, unless we go on to work together.
- Invoices and payment records: as long as Bulgarian accounting law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to how I use it, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw your consent at any time. Write to hi@ivaworkwise.com and I'll reply within one month.
If you think I've handled your data wrongly, you can complain to the Commission for Personal Data Protection (Комисия за защита на личните данни), cpdp.bg.
Changes
If this policy changes, I'll update it here and change the date at the top.
